I am an experienced teacher and SENCo with a strong track record of supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing differences, social communication needs, and academic barriers to learning. I am committed to ensuring every child is understood, valued, and placed at the centre of all decisions.
I work closely and collaboratively with families, recognising the vital role they play in their child’s progress. I am a friendly, approachable and patient practitioner who understands the challenges many pupils with SEND face, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for them to flourish, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.
Highly organised and proactive, I am confident in working alongside other professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapy and external agencies to ensure support is consistent, effective and child‑centred. My experience enables me to adapt provision, advocate for pupils’ needs, and create environments where every learner can thrive.
