Number of children and young people with EHCPs from 2023-2024

The number of children and young people with EHC plans has increased each year from 240,000 in 2015 to 576,000 in 2024

Under 5’s in 2023 – 21,087 Percentage of Under 5’s in 2023 – 4.078%
