Teaching Philosophy
I believe that positive learning begins with strong, trusting relationships. By creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment, I help children feel valued, confident, and ready to learn.
I recognise that every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and learning needs. My teaching philosophy is centred on adapting my approach to meet each child’s individual needs, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to succeed. By identifying and building on children’s strengths and interests, I aim to foster engagement, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
