About me

I am an experienced and compassionate SEND teacher and specialist home educator with 13 years of experience supporting learners across Early Years, Primary and Secondary settings, including those working significantly below age-related expectations.

I specialise in supporting learners with complex SEND profiles, including ASC, PMLD, cerebral palsy, dystonia, SLD/MLD, communication needs, sensory processing differences and complex medical needs. I provide safe, engaging and personalised learning tailored to each child's individual strengths and needs.

Skills & Experience

Teaching Philosophy

I believe every child can thrive when they feel safe, understood and valued. I take time to discover what motivates each learner, what they enjoy, what makes them smile and what helps them learn best!

I aim to make learning engaging, meaningful and enjoyable, while adapting my approach to each child's individual needs. Building trust and positive relationships is at the heart of my teaching.

I celebrate every achievement, big or small, and work closely with families to help each child grow in confidence, independence, communication and wellbeing.
